Special Guest Appearance and National Anthem Performance by Norco's very own California-Country Artist
Season 16 Contestant on The VOICE
Some artists perform, but Presley Tennant shines whether it be on stage, in the writing room or on your radio. Radiant and fearless, Presley is a quintessential vocal powerhouse – captivating with a golden persona and unequivocal talent. Rooted in the classics, it's no surprise the Horsetown, USA (aka Norco, CA) native immersed herself in Country Music. Presley astonished the country with her velvety, soul-filled vocals and 'it girl' image as a member of Team Kelly on Season 16 of The Voice at 16 years old; an experience resulting in adoration from viewers who became loyal fans and a direct path to her dream. Determined to make her own way in the industry, she teamed up with esteemed producers, including Kent Wells and Buddy Hyatt, to create her own version of California-Country, melding together western lifestyle, traditional roots and a modern energy. A born entertainer, Presley has not only performed at multiple Staples Center halftime shows in front of 15,000, but has shared the stage with musical heroes like Tim Mcgraw, Kelly Clarkson, Brantley Gilbert, Tyler Rich John Michael Montgomery and more. Making 2022 the best yet, Presley Tennant will not only be opening for artists like Carly Pearce, Blake Shelton and Brett Young, but is slated to release her newest single "Gamble On You" this Spring.

Elected as mayor in December 2010 and overwhelmingly re-elected in 2014 and 2018, Acquanetta Warren is serving her third term as the mayor of the City of Fontana. Mayor Warren focuses her administrations on bolstering economic development, creating educational opportunities, improving public safety, and advocating for a healthier community.
During her eight years as a councilwoman and now third term as mayor, Warren has spearheaded significant economic growth and infrastructure improvement initiatives, including four reconstructed freeway interchanges resulting in reduced traffic congestion, safer streets, and ease of facilitating the movement of goods throughout San Bernardino County. Ms. Warren has played a critical role in positioning Fontana as a supply chain hub that provides critical goods and services to businesses in the United States and throughout the world.
To continue this economic growth, Mayor Warren began the “Mayor’s Manufacturing Council,” which saw more than 500 women attend the first annual Inland Empire Women in Manufacturing event.
From the day Mayor Warren was inaugurated, she has emphasized that Fontana is “Open for Business” and works directly with the Fontana Chamber of Commerce to support the needs of the business community. This effort was rewarded in 2017 with the City being ranked fourth in California in the five-year annual growth of retail sales. To showcase businesses that call Fontana home, Mayor Warren started a television show titled Open for Business. The segment features local businesses and the services they provide.
Ensuring that every child in Fontana receives the highest level of education and career readiness, Ms. Warren declared a State of Emergency on education in 2019. Since then, she formed the Mayor’s Education Coalition – a network of schools, businesses, and local leaders – committed to preparing students for current and future job and career opportunities after graduation.
Mayor Warren strives to improve public safety. In 2013, Fontana was named one of the top 20 safest communities in the country. Continuing to keep the community safe, the Mayor holds open conversations connecting the community with the police officers that serve to protect them.
Realizing that a strong economy requires a healthy community, Mayor Warren founded the award-winning and model program across the nation, Healthy Fontana. The program promotes an active community lifestyle and teaches smart nutrition choices. Stemming from Healthy Fontana is the Fontana Walks! program. What began as a challenge to the community to cumulatively walk 2 billion steps in 2017 has turned into monthly walks with nearly 9 billion steps taken to date.
Through Mayor Warren’s efforts, the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) named the City of Fontana the number one mid-sized city in the nation for eliminating childhood obesity in 2016.
Ms. Warren has received numerous recognitions and several awards for her efforts on health education, including the Helen Putnam Award of Excellence in 2019 and 2008, the Health Champion Award for Southern California Elected Officials from the California Center for Public Health in 2017, and the California Health & Public Advocacy Health Champion Award in 2015.
Founder & CEO, Samantha Moreno, at the at of 16 years old decided to ACT! She created her nonprofit T.L.P. to promote awareness to the multitudes of military soldiers dealing with a variety of traumas; both mental and physical. She has partnered with local leaders and organizations to develop programs and raise funds to help our HEROES; through purpose-driven activities, retreats, rehabilitation, and job skills. Sam's dream is to one day work alongside these soldiers and devotes her services as a Trauma or a Neuro Orthopedic Surgeon.

At 16, Sam decided to ACT and establish ThundarLP-501(c)(3). She does her best to advocate for the millions of Veterans who no longer feel they have a purpose.
She believes her organization provides the grassroots movement her community needs to collectively take ACTion and create change for our Veterans. She is a community builder who enjoys serving in her community and bringing the community together through events organized by her nonprofit.

Sam’s road to this point hasn’t always had the smoothest, and she understands it will probably never be linear. But one thing she does know is that it’s essential TO ACT, not be stagnant, but take the initiative, react and empower our community to do the same.

Big visions required big leaps of faith! The founders put together a game plan to move the organization forward and the Articles of Incorporation were quickly accepted by the State of California in July of 2016. Unfortunately, during the same month our youngest founder Daniel Gamboa passed away causing every vision for the organization to end. Michael and Daisy were too broken to continue. However, it was then that the very same people the organization had envisioned helping came together for our family and reminded us why we started the organization – to honor those who spend their lives serving our community and country! Our hope was lifted and the drive to move the organization forward was now stronger than ever before. Together, we took a bigger leap of faith to keep Daniel's legacy alive and show our community the kindness and strength in Daniel's heart. With God at the center of our organization, we have reached multiple milestones and are just getting started! We thank everyone who helped save our family. You are true warriors in our hearts and we know Daniel is still with us.
