A Multi-County Cultural Partnership
Opening the floodgates with knowledge, resources, expertise, education, advancement strategy, and most importantly, a willingness to support the minority-driven Small Business Community.

The Los Angeles Chargers today announced the hiring of Liliana T. Pérez as the team’s Cultural Affairs Director. In her new role, Pérez will be responsible for building strategic partnerships within Southern California’s dynamic and diverse economic, cultural and social sectors. Chief among her priorities will be driving cross-functional alignment of internal divisions to provide optimized benefits to corporate partners and fans alike.
“Liliana is a tremendous addition to the team, and we are confident that she will have an immediate impact on creating long-lasting relationships with our diverse local business community and fanbase,” said Chargers President of Business Operations A.G.
