Mr. Betley is a former President of the California Employers Advisory Council (CEAC) and was recently elected to serve as that organization’s Vice President. I retired from the Riverside County Probation Department with over 24 years of law enforcement experience. As a probation officer, I was part of three separate joint task forces focusing on gangs, narcotics and sex offenders. I was a narcotics detection K-9 handler and a P.O.S.T. certified firearms and defensive tactics instructor. As a manager, my assignments included field services, institutional services, and human resources. In the human resources division, I oversaw administrative investigations, hiring and backgrounds, training, grievances, and labor union relations.
In retirement, I became a licensed private investigator and opened Clubb 1 Investigations. I am also a certified A.L.I.V.E. Active Shooter Survival instructor and a certified security assessment specialist through ACPI. I also teach martial arts at a local studio.
