I effectively partner with leaders, reduce labor and operational costs and employee turnover while providing solutions to foster positive work environment and productivity.

I create programs to train leaders and employees on company culture, policies and workflows. I act as a driving force to help business teams meet their hiring and operational goals.

In my free time I am board member and chapter president for a nonprofit affiliate with SHRM Organization. Inland Empire SHRM has over 600 members. I collaborate with members, volunteers, and business partners to provide member benefits including educational events and managing financial aspects.

Expanding his influence in 2018, Edward acquired the Inland Empire Business Journal, seizing the chance to amplify regional economic narratives and contribute to the area's positive image.
