Understanding Credit and How a Bank Underwrites a Loan Application
In the first part of our series, we will pull back the curtain and discuss a variety of aspects that banks and CDC's look at for credit approval:
- What is the minimum credit score required?
- What is a debt coverage ratio and how is it calculated?
- How do my personal living expenses factor into my business loan?
- How do I know how much money to ask for?
- How much money do I need to start a new business?

Commercial Real Estate Purchase 101
The last section in this series will go over the basics of commercial real estate purchasing. Commercial Lenders and industry Leaders will discuss the following:

- How do I obtain Real Estate representation?
