Steve Amick
Sr. Director of Policy & Partnerships at Think TogetherSteve Amick leads Think Together’s efforts to expand the organization’s impact across California. He advocates for afterschool education with California lawmakers and works with public school district superintendents to design programs that will meet the needs of their student population.
Steve has more than 25 years of experience at every level of afterschool direct service and administration. Prior to joining Think Together, he served as the Executive Director of the League of California Afterschool Providers and the Region 9 Lead for Before- and After-School Programs. Steve is the former Vice-Chair of the National Afterschool Association, past Co-Chair of the California Afterschool Network Executive Committee, and was designated by the Secretary of Education to serve on the California Advisory Committee on Before- and After-School Programs. He is a graduate of San Diego State University.
Lawrence Gustafson
Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations of Think TogetherLawrence Gustafson serves as primary relationship manager of Think Together’s corporate and foundation supporters. He champions the organization’s mission across the state and leads corporate and foundation development efforts. Lawrence has been with Think Together since 2007. Prior to that, he was a prospect researcher for Chapman University. He is a graduate of Tufts University.
